At His Victory Clothing, every item is created specifically for you after your order is placed. Because our products are made-to-order, we encourage customers to review sizing, color selections, and shipping details carefully before completing checkout.

Our goal is to provide quality products and excellent service while honoring every customer experience.

Returns

Because all items are produced on demand, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Incorrect size ordered
Change of mind
Buyer’s remorse
Ordering the wrong color or style
Accidental purchases

Please review sizing charts carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

Damaged
Defective
Misprinted
Incorrect from what was ordered

please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:

Order number
Photos showing the issue
Brief description of the problem

Once reviewed, we may offer:

Replacement item
Store credit
Refund (when applicable)

Lost Orders

If tracking shows your package has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, contact us and we will work with our fulfillment partners to investigate.

If an order is confirmed lost during transit, a replacement or refund may be offered depending on the situation.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for funds to appear depending on your financial institution.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the issue resulted from an error during fulfillment.

Exchanges

Because items are made to order, we do not currently offer direct exchanges.

If your item qualifies due to damage, defect, or fulfillment error, we will work to replace it.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders move into production quickly.

If you need to modify or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible after purchase. Once production begins, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
